Do I need an appointment?

Yes — we work by appointment so we can give you our full attention. You can meet us in person at our Los Angeles studio or virtually from anywhere. Book a consultation here.

Where are you located?

Our studio is in the Los Angeles Arts District, at 525 S Santa Fe Ave, Unit 50, Los Angeles, CA 90013. Visits are by appointment.

What is a bespoke commission, and is there a minimum?

A bespoke creation is an original piece designed from concept, just for you. Bespoke Creation is reserved for commissions with a $10,000 minimum, which allows us to give it the stones, time, and craftsmanship it deserves. We also offer made-to-order and lightly customized versions of existing designs at other price points — we're happy to find the right fit for your vision.

How does the bespoke process work?

It moves through consultation, a 50% deposit to begin, stone sourcing, digital design and CAD modeling for your review, production, and finally delivery with the remaining balance. You can read the full journey on our Bespoke Philosophy page, and the complete terms in our Bespoke Commission Terms.

How long does a piece take?

A bespoke commission typically takes around three months from deposit to delivery, depending on the design, the stones, and the finishing. We agree on your timeline at the start and keep you updated at each stage.

Can I provide my own stones or metal?

For quality control, warranty integrity, and liability, we work exclusively with designer-sourced gemstones and materials, so we're unable to set client-provided stones. Every stone we source is guaranteed authentic and of the quality represented.

Do you ship, and how much does it cost?

Yes — we ship worldwide, and shipping is free and fully insured. Pieces travel signature-required via FedEx (US) and DHL (international). See our Shipping Policy for details.

What is your return policy?

Because every piece is made to order, all sales are final. That said, every piece is backed by our free lifetime craftsmanship guarantee against manufacturing defects. Full details are on our Return Policy page.

What about warranty and long-term care?

Genuine manufacturing defects are covered free, for life. For everyday care, resizing, and wear over the years, we offer optional Care & Protection Plans. For loss, theft, or accidental damage, we recommend jewelry insurance through our partner Brite + Co.

How do I get my ring size right?

If you're visiting the studio, we'll size you in person. If you're ordering remotely, please have your size professionally determined by a local jeweler before production, since we fabricate to the exact size you provide.

How do payments work?

Bespoke commissions are paid in two parts: a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin, and the remaining 50% on completion. We accept major cards and other secure methods, and California sales tax applies as required by law.
