If a genuine manufacturing defect ever appears — a fault in our workmanship or structural integrity, through no misuse of your own — we repair or remake it at no charge, for life. This is included with every commission and is never an add-on.

(Many designers charge a servicing fee even to repair their own defects. We don't — standing behind our work is simply part of owning a Daniel Yu piece.)

Everyday life is harder on fine jewelry than defects are — a knock against a doorframe, a loosened prong, a ring that needs resizing over the years. Our Care & Protection Plan covers all of it, so your piece stays as beautiful as the day you received it. Choose the term that suits you:

Good to know: Plans cover service and materials. For clients outside Los Angeles, secure two-way shipping and insurance are arranged at cost. Plans don't cover work performed by anyone other than Daniel Yu Jewelry.
